Tarot - XXII Revelationby ~animarta

Digital Art / Photomanipulation / Conceptual

In 1998 I undertook an IT course at college and produced this image for one of the assignments - it is in fact the first piece of computer art I ever created. The task was to produce a free form art piece on any subject that appealed, so I decided to invent a new Tarot trump card to sybolize the coming new millennium. The basic symbolism constituting the card was intended to represent the unravelling of the great mysteries of the universe, and the expansion of the human race into a galactic life form during the course of the next 1000 years. I named the card 'REVELATION', and designated it to be the 23rd trump - Major Arcana card XXII.
Unfortunately I never kept a copy of the image's original file, however I did keep a print out, and it is from this that I have reworked the piece. I have not altered the layout, colours, or component parts of the original, just tarted them up a little.

excuse me but ive heard these days about a mayor arcana tarot card XXII but its called the Eye of Night, and i think, maybe you have some information or idea of it. BTW good design
